PURE Equine Law is a legal and advisory firm focused on commercial law, governance and risk, with deep sector expertise in the equine industry.

We advise leaders, boards and organisations operating in high-risk and highly regulated environments.

We are engaged where decisions carry legal, financial and reputational consequences, including governance design, liability exposure, regulatory compliance and periods of strategic change.

The firm has experience advising equestrian and racing organisations, boards, event operators and equine businesses across Australia. We also advise clients across the broader active recreation and sports industries, including sporting clubs, associations and operators in high-risk activity sectors.

Engagements range from discrete advisory matters and contract projects to long-term external general counsel support for organisations requiring ongoing legal and governance oversight.
